Building Rapport with your CustomersSometimes a simple “thank you” goes a long way. We find that the more you communicate with your shoppers, the more they will keep coming back to support what you do. When you get a sale from a customer, we suggest to message your customer with a note of gratitude followed by any information reminders they may need regarding their order. Take this opportunity to also let them know about the processing and shipping times – giving them a expected time frame of package arrival. By putting in the extra effort to acknowledge your customers, you will help create a personable rapport with them which will encourage them to shop with you in the future.
